Privacy Notice

LogiMentor Srl (“LogiMentor”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for any personal data you provide through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

When you contact us through the website's contact form, we process:

• your name, email address and (optionally) company — to reply to your enquiry,
• the message you send us — to understand and answer your request.

When you create an account, we additionally process:

• email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plaintext) — to authenticate you,
• first and last name — to address you correctly,
• company / organisation, job title, country, optional phone number — to tailor the services and content we offer to your professional context,
• whether you opted in to marketing communications, and the timestamp of that opt-in — for our consent audit trail.

We also automatically derive whether the registration email looks like a corporate address or a free webmail provider (e.g. gmail, outlook). This is used internally for service segmentation only and is never shared with third parties.

Legal bases

• Contract / pre-contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for account creation, login, and the delivery of any services you request.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for responding to enquiries sent through the contact form and for basic security logging (anti-abuse, rate limiting).
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — only for the optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address above; withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.

How long we keep your data

• Contact-form messages: up to 24 months from receipt.
• Account data: as long as the account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep specific records (e.g. invoicing).
• Marketing-consent records: kept while your account is active and for 24 months after the last contact, as proof of consent.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting as data processors on our behalf, under written agreements:

• our hosting provider, where the application and database run;
• our transactional email provider (Brevo / Sendinblue), which delivers verification, reset and notification emails on our behalf.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, email info@logimentor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

We use only the strictly necessary cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery. We do not set advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

We may update this notice as the service evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
